I picked a digi image from Stampers Delights, Chibis Balloons 2.Chibis Balloons 2

I colored the digi image with Castle Art color pencils.  I added Wink of Stella to the balloons. I used the Brick & Mortar 3D embossing folder from Stampin’ Up! on the front of my card, then distressed it with Distress Ink, Hickory Smoke.
