I colored the image with Black Widow with color pencils. I fussy cut the image and attached to the Treat Bag Topper, which is a die from MFT.

I picked
Snow Penguin – to use for my card
I colored the digi image with my Hethrone markers. I used Stampin’ Up! Shimmery Crystal Effects on the trees. For the snow I used Ranger Stickles Glitter glue. Wink of Stella was used on the bow.
