Happy Valentine’s Day

Happy Saturday!  There is a fun sketch up at Sketch Saturday.  I used it to create a cute Valentine’s Day card.

The sketch:

My take on the sketch:

Happy Valentine's Day

This cute little dog is from the stamp set Lots of Love by Sweet n Sassy Stamps.  I colored him with Black Widow color pencils.  The rest of the products are from Stampin’ Up!, except the bow I found that in my stash.

Now it’s your turn to head on over to Sketch Saturday to see what the rest of the Design Team has created for you and get the details of the challenge.  I can’t wait to see what you create with this sketch.

Thanks for stopping by!

Vintage Van

Sharing my DT card for the new challenge on Crafty Hazelnuts Christmas.

Theme: Anything goes as long as it is Christmas

Optional Theme: Use some glitter

I am using both themes on my card.

Vintage Van

I colored the van with Copic markers.  The vintage van is from Sweet n Sassy.  I used Stickles glitter glue on the tree, wreath, and headlights.  The background is two different patterned paper from Honey Bee Stamps, Holiday Cheer.  I sponged around the banner with Tim Holtz Distress Oxide, Festive Berries.   Now it’s your turn.  Head on over to Crafty Hazelnuts Christmas blog to get all the details of the challenge and to see what the rest of the Design Team has created for you.

Here is the sketch:

PCC 390

This is my take on the sketch.  I used the bricks stamp from Sweet ‘n Sassy Stamps, Texture Tiles 2 and stamped first as my background.  Then stamped the Sunflowers on Neenah Solar White.  I colored flowers with Black Widow color pencils.  The sunflower stamp is from Newton’s Nook Designs, Sunflower Days.
