Mr. Frosty

Happy Tuesday!  I have a fun card today for this week’s challenge at Arty Divas.

Mr. Frosty

I love this stamp!  It’s from Woodware Craft Collection, Mr. Frosty.  I colored the image with Black Widow color pencils.  I made this into a 5 x 7 card.  The patterned paper and sticker elements are from Echo Park Paper, I Love Winter.   The Crystal Gems are from Honey Bee Stamps.  I saw this card on pinterest but I made mine bigger and made a few changes to it.

Now it is your turn to head on over to Arty Divas to see what the rest of the Design Team has created and to get the details of the challenge.  I can’t wait to see what you create.

Thanks for stopping by!

Steampunk Butterfly Tag

I totally stepped out of the box to create this tag.  It is something I have been wanting to try.

So I have been collecting the supplies to do it.  I created the tag for Arty Divas Challenge.

Theme:  Anything goes

Steampunk Butterfly Tag

I painted the tag and butterfly with Tim Holtz Distress Oxide, Speckled Egg.  The scalloped medallion I painted with gina k. Designs, Glitz glitter gel.  I used gold embossing paste with a medallion stencil.  I then randomly glued the other elements on.  What do you think?   Head on over to Arty Divas to see what the rest of the Design Team has created for you and to get the details of the challenge.  I can’t wait to see what you create for us.

Vintage Christmas tags & Holder

Happy Tuesday! Today I have some beautiful Christmas tags that I created for Arty Divas.

Theme: Anything goes

Sponsor:

Here are the Christmas tags from Vectoria Designs I cut up another set of the tags and attached them to the new tags.  Added a few gems, glued the tags to matching cardstock to make them a little more sturdy, then added ribbon.  The finally touch that is hard to tell in this picture is I sprayed the tags with TH Distress Mica Spray Tarnished Brass.

I created a cute holder for my tags, I found the holder on Pinterest.  The holder is made with the envelope punch board.
